• technically hussie has only made conceptual money- everyone who has backed the kickstarter thusfar has only pledged they would pay, no money has been taken
• he is not pocketing the money for himself
• he may not see any actual profit until he finishes the game in two years.
• people are allowed to do what they want with their own money
• the money is going towards a game based on a series that a lot of people are a fan of, and the game would likely not be picked up by a major game company.
• understand that a lot of the $700,000 will likely be spent on shipping merchandise, making merchandise, and maybe a bit of profit to keep hussie afloat while he works on a huge undertaking such as this
