turntechDickhead: okay well the infection can pass through blood or through the air, through bites or through the particles the moss puts out and once you’re infected, it starts out like flu. you get really hot and dizzy and just all over sick with aches and pains then you start to get violently ill, eventually you begin to lose your mind and go through spells of dementia. like babbling about random memories or mistaking people for others, doing random activities like…going grocery shopping at 4am when you dont need groceries and stuff…
turntechDickhead: and then bumps and rashes appear on your skin that eventually fester into big pus-filled, glowing boils and that’s when you know you’re about to go completely off the edge because the pus also carries the virus and it glows like the moss does and then the person just loses their mind completely and they just go on a violent, feeding rampage until the infection finally kills them or something else does
turntechDickhead: and then once they’re dead, the infection turns into more of a parasyte and reanimates the brain to keep it going and feeding so that the bacteria or whatever that’s in them can keep liviing and existing so it can spread
ispeakforthethneeds: and some people are immune then?
turntechDickhead: yeah
One-ler: is there a way to tell apart the living infected from the actual dead infected, aside from the fact that the living infected can actually use their brain?
One-ler: like running etc
alexander fisk: im assumign rigor mortis would eventually set in with the dead infected so theyd be a lot less limber
turntechDickhead: well their physical capabilities ar el imited they’re actual shambling corpses and arent intuitive and cant figure out things like how to open doors and stuff anymore
turntechDickhead: i was also thinking the glowing boils and their eyes would glow red as opposed to the yellow of the infected
turntechDickhead: everything i know about zombification
